Agreement with the Kingdom of Spain

Madrid, 05 November 2014

 

The Agreement between the Macedonian Government and the Spanish Government on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information was signed on November 05, 2014 in Madrid.
On behalf of the Macedonian Government, the Agreement was signed by Mr. Slobodan Chashule, Macedonian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, and on behalf of the Spanish Government, the Agreement was signed by Mr.Felix Sanz Roldan, Secretary of State, Director of the National Intelligence Centre.

Signed Agreement with Hungary

Skopje, 3 July 2014

 

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and the Government of Hungary on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information was signed on July 3, 2014 in Skopje.
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the Agreement was signed by the Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, and on behalf of the Government of Hungary, the Agreement was signed by Mr. Mihaly Zala,Director of the National Security Authority of Hungary.

Meeting with the European Defence Agency (ЕDА)

Brussels, 1 July 2014

 

On July 1, 2014 in Brussels the first meeting was held with representatives of the European Defence Agency (ЕDА), organized upon an initiative of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information for engaging into negotiations for concluding a Memorandum of Understanding among the DSCI, the Ministry of Defence and the European Defence Agency (EDA).
The meeting provided the opportunity to express the interest for cooperation in the field of the cyber defence, the industrial security of classified information and certain areas related to the development of the defence in the Republic of Macedonia. The Directorate for Security of Classified Information was represented by the Director of the Directorate for security on classified information, and the Ministry of Defence was represented by Colonel Panche Vasilev. The European Defence Agency team was led by Mr. Graham Muir, Head of Strategy and Policy Unit.

Bilateral negotiations with Romania

Upon invitation of the Head of the Delegation of the Republic of Macedonia for negotiating agreements for exchange and mutual protection of classified information on bilateral basis with other countries bilateral negotiations will be held on 23-24 June 2014 in Skopje with the delegation of the National Security Authority of Romania for harmonizing the text of the agreement for exchange and mutual protection of classified information between the governments of the two countries.
The meeting of the two authorized delegations will represent the first phase of the bilateral negotiations for harmonizing the text of the agreement.

Agreement with Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information was signed on May 20, 2014 in Sarajevo, at the margins of the Fourth Conference of the South East European National Security Authorities (SEENSA).
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the Agreement was signed by the Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, and on behalf of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Agreement was signed by Mr. Mate Miletic, Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina - National Security Authority.

Bilateral negotiations with the Republic of Austria

Skopje, 06-07 May 2014
 
The bilateral negotiations for harmonizing the text of the agreement on exchange and mutual protection of classified information between the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia for negotiating agreements for exchange and mutual protection of classified information on bilateral basis with other countries and the delegation of the Government of the Republic of Austria were held in the period from 06-07 May 2014 at the Directorate for Security of Classified Information in Skopje.
The Macedonian delegation was led by the Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, and the Austrian delegation was led by Mr. Gregor Schusterschitz, Head of the Legal Office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria.

Signed Security Arrangement with the Slovenian NSA

Skopje, April 15, 2014

 

The Implementing Security Arrangement on the exchange of data for Security Cooperation between the Slovenian NSA and the Macedonian NSA was signed on April 15, 2014 at the Directorate for Security of Classified Information.
The Implementing Security Arrangement was signed by the Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information of the Republic of Macedonia, and Mr. Boris Mohar, Director of the Government Office for the Protection of Classified Information of the Republic of Slovenia.

Agreement with the Republic of Serbia

Belgrade, 28 February 2014

 

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information was signed on February 28, 2014 in Skopje.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the Agreement was signed by the Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Agreement was signed by Mr. Goran Matic, Ph. D., Director of the Office of the National Security Council and Classified Information Protection.


First phase of the bilateral negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina

The first phase of the bilateral negotiations between the governments of the Republic of Macedonia and of Bosnia and Herzegovina for entering into an agreement on exchange and mutual protection of classified information were held in the beginning of October 2013 in Skopje. The negotiations were led by the representatives of the National Security Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia for negotiating agreements for exchange and mutual protection of classified information on bilateral basis with other countries.

First phase of the bilateral negotiations with Hungary

Upon invitation of the National Security Authority of Hungary, the members of the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia for negotiating agreements for exchange and mutual protection of classified information on bilateral basis with other countries, led by the Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, will visit Budapest on 4 September 2013.

The meeting of the two authorized delegations will represent the first phase of the bilateral negotiations for harmonizing the text of the agreement for exchange and mutual protection of classified information between the governments of the Republic of Macedonia and of Hungary.
